Scott Morgan, Founder

Scott is a purpose-driven entrepreneur, builder, and talent leader who is passionate about empowering leaders and organizations to reach their full potential for impact.

Prior to founding Juniper Exec, Scott founded Education Pioneers in 2003 to build a diverse network of leaders dedicated to transforming education so that all students receive a quality education. He served as CEO for 15 years while raising $40M+ from national funders and leading the organization's recruitment and training of 4,000+ leaders to drive impact at 750+ education organizations serving millions of students.

Scott has also served in a variety of roles at pioneering education organizations during his career, including teacher at St. Jude High School, in-house counsel at Aspire Public Schools, founding talent leader at Wonderschool, and head of talent at Springboard.

Scott graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa in government from the University of Notre Dame, received his Master of Arts in Teaching from the University of Portland, and earned his law degree from Stanford Law School. He is a Draper Richards Kaplan Entrepreneur, a board member of Beyond 12, an LP in Transcend Network, a Pahara-Aspen Education Fellow, Class of 2010, and the recipient of the 2017 Notre Dame Award for Outstanding Contributions to Catholic Education.
